With the ABI MasterMind® Lost and Found Manager, you can instantly track items that are either lost or found. Found items can be tracked by type of item, location of item, and when the item was found. Additionally, the module tracks where the item is being stored, a detailed description of the item, and who found the item. Alternatively, if an item is reported as lost you can enter the description, and the owner’s contact information in case the item is found. Combining the items and the descriptions will help you automate the management of lost and found items and elevate your level of customer service by promptly reuniting guests with their valuables.
